In April 2022, Shinoda revealed the band was neither working on new music nor planning on touring for the foreseeable future. Same sound as the STP Core and Purple Italy presses give off, although Walmart's Linkin Park vinyl has made in Germany on the back. In 2003, MTV2 named Linkin Park the sixth-greatest band of the music video era and the third-best of the new millennium.

This pressing is very good, one which I only partly disagree is as amazing as many posters here have rated it. The album has since exceeded 11 million sales and it earned the band’s first Grammy Award for “Crawling” as Best Rock Performance. To celebrate 20 years since the original release, Hybrid Theory: 20 th Anniversary Edition will be released on October 9 th, 2020. Four singles were released from the album: 'One Step Closer', 'Crawling', 'Papercut', and 'In the End', all of them being responsible for launching Linkin Park into mainstream popularity.
