I think she thought that identical twins were identical in all ways, and she struggled when she realises that wasn’t true. Dans cette suite des filles aux chocolats, j'ai éprouvé beaucoup plus de tristesse, de stress et d'angoisse que dans le tome 1 (cœur cerise).

All the sweet names (Honey, Coco, Cherry, Skye, Summer), all the talk about chocolate and sweets, connecting everything with marshmallow. Paddy and Skye's mother started up a Business they had been planning since Paddy and Cherry moved in. That's what i love most about this book, the fact that it feels like i'm having a conversation with Skye, or it feels like i'm looking inside her brain. SKYE and SUMMER TANBERRY are identical twins, and Skye loves her sister Summer more than anyone else in the world. They do everything together, but lately Skye’s been feeling like second-best – it’s the story of her life.Skye Tanberry feels like her twin sister is way better than her so when she gets a trunk of old vintage clothes from a dead relative skye starts having weird dreams that are sweeter than real life. A big argument broke out between Honey and her mother, so Skye, who normally kept quiet, yelled at Honey.

It was a sweet, 100% addictive story, with some pretty great psychological suspense woven in there, that had just left me wanting more Cathy, more Skye, Summer, Cherry… I can see why Cassidy is a “Queen of Teen”. I'd like to thank the publishers for sending a copy to the Bookbag – I just wish that I didn't have to wait a year to find out what happens next!I guess my opinion on this book still hasn't change, even though it's been 3 years since the last time I read it. I also really liked her friendship with Alfie and how she gave him the benefit of doubt when no one else did. Marshmallow Skye was a beautiful, heart-warming, chocolate-filled story about finding yourself – with a scrummy side of an impossible romance, a tragic death, finding freedom – whether from a cage or your family – and a wonderful supernatural twist.
