It’s easy to set up too, simply flip out the three legs that sit flush to the underside, slot in the stone and attach the pipe to a propane gas canister.There are seven preset modes for all styles of pizza (from New York to deep dish or even frozen), plus a manual mode to choose your own cooking method, where you can customise the temperature, timings and even the direction of heat. That’s fine and normal, and it will still last you a long time—but be sure to use a metal peel to rotate the pizzas while they bake. After a couple of runs, I learned that it means adding one scoop about every two minutes until the hopper is full.
