I mean, obviously there are many uses for a gin that packs such a hefty orange flavour profile, but come on. Wales produces more strawberries than any other fruit, and they're certainly being put to good use in this delicious pink gin. This is ingeniously crafted using an IPA wash, vapour infused with its botanicals and naturally sweetened before being barrel-aged for six week to allow the flavours to bloom. Bara Brith Gin is a liquid love letter to the traditional Welsh tea loaf, and it's made with dried fruit, black tea and spices, along with juniper, of course.An organic oak-aged gin from the Dà Mhìle Distillery in Wales, which is matured for 6 months in casks which previously held single grain whisky. Brecon gin is produced in small batches at the same distillery in the Brecons as Penderyn malt whisky. A citrus-forward variation of Benjamin Hall Gin, featuring a good helping of Sicilian lemon at its core. Adding a mixer and the citrus freshness of oranges and lemons appear with nutmeg, liquorice and angelica in a supporting role. Made from our own recipe, combining a specially selected range of botanicals and the best pure grain spirit, this super-premium gin is produced in small batches using only the finest ingredients.
