If you’re between 20 to 35 years old this hotel is NOT for you. I have nothing against seniors but this hotel is 90% seniors. Going into Las Americas or anywhere else is about 25min taxi drive which costs between €24 to €30 depending on the time of day. The bus is €4 but it is a 40 minute bus journey. The pool area was great and clean, my children aged 7&9 loved the kids club plenty of choice to keep them busy & very friendly staff. We only did the train to and from the beach twice but it was great to use when you have kids 👍 with the heat they don't want to walk.

It had everything you would need from a hotel room, lots of storage and came with nice cholates which was nice. The first room I was given had a bed bug infestation & I only found this out in the middle of the night. I woke up switched on the lights and there were bugs all over the sheets.
