I also started a google search and someone was recommending heavy duty Velcro Attach the hook part to the pedals and let it grip the carpet. While they are comfortable for use, setting them up is a real hassle. The floor mounting system is downright terribleand the pedals slip, especially on smoother floors. Sure, they come with Velcro strips but those are ineffective on the carpet and who uses them on bare floors? Most newer rudder pedals connect to your computer via a simple USB connection. The more complicated your setup, the more plugs and adapters you’ll have to manage. I’m thinking about mounting them on plywood and the adding large rubber bumpers on the bottom, but I don’t know if that will work or if they will still slide around.
