Redmi AirDots เป็นพลาสติกแบบด้าน และมีงานประกอบที่เรียกว่าพอได้ วัสดุอาจจะก๊องแก๊งหน่อย โดยฝาปิดของกล่องจะใช้เป็นแม่เหล็กดูดเอา ไม่ได้ใช้เป็นสลักล็อค Redmi AirDots จะไม่ได้ออกแบบมาให้เป็นหูฟังสไตล์สปอร์ต ให้สามารถใส่ออกกำลังได้ (เพราะมันไม่กันน้ำกันเหงื่อ) แต่จากที่ทดสอบใส่หูวิ่งไปวิ่งมา หรือปั่นจักรยาน ก็พบว่าแน่นหนาดี ไม่มีการหลุดลื่นออกจากรูหูแต่อย่างใด แถมยังใส่ได้ง่ายๆ แค่ยัดเข้าไปในรูหูเท่านั้นแหละ ไม่ต้องคอยหมุน คอยบิด หามุมให้มันล็อคกับกระดูกหูเหมือนบางรุ่น

Redmi AirDots ในบ้านเราจะโดนบวกราคาเข้าไปแทบจะเท่าตัว ฝากหิ้วมาจากประเทศจีนก็ของขาดตลาด แต่ตอนนี้ราคาได้ลดลงมาแบบสมเหตุสมผลแล้ว โดยผมได้สั่งหูฟังนี้จากร้านค้าออนไลน์เจ้าดังเจ้าหนึ่งในบ้านเรา ด้วย ราคาแค่ราวๆ 520 บาท เท่านั้นเอง ซึ่งเป็นสินค้าที่นำเข้ามาจากประเทศจีนก็เลยใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 อาทิตย์ กว่าที่สินค้าจะเดินทางมาถึง พอแกะกล่องกระดาษออกมาก็จะเจอกับกล่องเก็บหูฟังซึ่งเป็นที่ชาร์จแบตเตอรี่ในตัว, จุกหูฟังอีก 2 ขนาด และคู่มือ Increíble pero cierto después de días con el auricular derecho completamente muerto que ni se encendía la luz ni se oía, ni cargaba ni nada. Management on Xiaomi Airdots 3 occurs through the touch pad on the headphones. The previous model had a physical button. Xiaomi fitted the Redmi AirDots with Bluetooth 5.0, but alas gave them no additional codecs on top of SBC. The earphones offer some reduction to the volume of noises, but one still has to raise the volume a bit to be able to listen to music without too much interference.

Xiaomi Redmi AirDots vs Lypertek Tevi: the Tevi have a much more neutral tuning which results in a more relaxing and enjoyable listening experience. Bass is more present in the mix and this gives the sound more body and depth; lows are also more detailed and faster. Midrange does not have the same peak in the upper area and is therefore better suited to reproduce more genres. Treble is definitely more emphasised in the lower area on the Redmi AirDots, up to the point it’s fatiguing. Detail is better in every area. Soundstage is wider on the Tevi, which has the upper hand on imaging and instrument separation too. The buds can last up to 4 hours on their own while their carrying case extends that to 12 hours of play time. A bud charges its 40mAh battery in 1.5 hours, the 300mAh battery in the case needs 2 hours. Each bud weighs just 4.1g. Redmi AirDots เปิดตัวและวางจำหน่ายในประเทศจีนมาได้ซักพักแล้ว ซึ่งตอนนั้นก็ได้รับเสียงฮือฮาไปพอสมควร ด้วยรูปร่างหน้าตาที่ดูดี, เป็นหูฟังแบบ True Wireless แถมยังใช้ Bluetooth 5.0 แต่ราคาเปิดตัวมาแค่ 99 หยวนหรือแค่ราวๆ 470 บาท เท่านั้น ส่วนการใช้งานต่างๆ รวมถึงคุณภาพเสียงของหูฟังราคาสุดคุ้มตัวนี้จะเป็นยังไงบ้าง.. มาดูกันเล้ยXiaomi เคลมว่า AirDots สามารถฟังเพลงต่อเนื่องได้ 4 ชม. ติดต่อกัน และจากที่ทดสอบแล้วก็พบว่ามันทำได้จริงๆ โดยชาร์จไฟที่หูฟังจนเต็ม 100% แล้ว ฟังไปเรื่อยๆ ได้ที่ราวๆ 4 ชม. กับอีกไม่ถึง 10 นาที (ซึ่งในช่วงระหว่าง 10 – 20 นาที ก่อนแบตหมด จะมีเสียงแจ้งเตือนอยู่เรื่อยๆ ว่าแบตใกล้หมดแล้ว) และจากนั้นหูฟังก็จะดับไปเอง Deliver impeccable sound quality and clear & flawless in-ear call using the noise reduction of 7.2mm moving coil drive unit and DSP intelligent environment noise reduction Spotify กับมือถือ Galaxy Note 8 ซึ่งมีการเชื่อมต่อแบบ Bluetooth 5.0 (AirDots ก็เป็น Bluetooth 5.0 เช่นกัน) พบว่าสัญญาณคมชัดไม่มีขาดหาย แม้จะเอามือถือใส่กระเป๋ากางเกงไว้ แล้วเดินไปตามถนนก็ไม่พบอาการโดนคลื่นรบกวนหรืออะไรเลย Alas it is not possible to adjust the volume from the earphones, which is quite inconvenient given how even the lowest volume setting is often too high.
