While it is true that your choice of watch is mostly a personal preference, we would recommend the Invicta Pro Diver Series 8926OB over the 24760 model. Invicta have stamped their own brand on it by adding part of their logo to the tail of the second hand. The hour and minute hands are very Rolex-like though. But you are correct, dials should be Seiko 3:00 dials(where the crown on the watch is, NOT the date window) and any hands that fit 7s26 or 4r movements should work. As far as lume is concerned, the aftermarket is lagging IMO. I mean they have lume, but nowhere near what you would get from Seiko. In terms of functionality, the Pro Diver 8926OB offers a water resistance of up to 200 meters (660 feet), making it suitable for various water activities such as swimming and snorkeling. The luminous hands and markers ensure excellent visibility even in low-light conditions, further enhancing its practicality. I have a fairly extensive collection ranging from the Casio F91W to a subtle (ish) Rolex Datejust with a white dial, but I have always avoided the Pro Diver thinking it was going to be flimsy.

Crystal Times has a few MarineMaster-type dials that work well.
