About this deal

Lmao, I loved how he called her "Woman" every time she mentioned her weight or stretching his clothes out. Closure: This ends in an alright place with what I would call a HFN ending they've stayed together, shared "ILYs", and are making vague plans for their future, but it wasn't enough for me to call it a HEA. I was not ready to say goodbye to this series, but I couldn't have asked for a better ending. Leo and Mary were absolute goals, everything I could've wanted for the final couple in this series. and you get to see and say goodbye to the other couples who added so much to this series as well. I was very unwell in the epilogue- she always gets me in my feels (it's a love/hate relationship with that lmao) Romance Trope Tags: Second Chance Romance, Enemies to Lovers, Forced Proximity, Roommates to Lovers, Neighbors to Lovers, College, Sports, Football Definitely just jump in with Hail Mary if you love the roommates to lovers and second chance romance tropes, but each book in the series as a favorite romance book trope I love.

You have consumed me for months. Por años. I couldn’t sleep one more night without making you mine.” ~ my ovaries are weeping. WEEPING. I also didn’t love that a lot this book focused on her body and her weight. She is a curvy woman and it was just always the focus. And not in a good way. The fmc was very insecure about it which left the mmc to be like “no baby🥺” HURL. Clay and Gianna's scenes were actually so cute,✨💞 her love for books and talking abouy the tropes everytime ehhe, and when she said that they still have to re-enact the trope of ACCIDENTAL PREGNANCY and him realizing that she was actually pregnant 🥺 So, out of impulse, Leo beat the crap out of him, jeopardizing not only his own career but also Mary's. She was so furious that she lost her career that she lashed out at him and left him. I SWEAR LEO SOBBED AND BROKE DOWN AGAIN. But she needed more time???!!! 😗Still, I have to try. I have to push him away, even when he makes it infuriatingly difficult to do so. Spicy sports romance done right! The queen of angsty romance does it again. Hail Mary was the perfect ending to an unforgettable series. When it comes to Mary & Leo, you’ll feel every real, raw emotion until the dramatic and heartwarming ending. I’m still swooning! Infinity stars. — Bestselling Author Lena Hendrix Heat level: Hot. They have some hot tension, chemistry, and scenes -- but not so much it takes away from the story.

When Kandi isn’t writing, you can find her reading books of all kinds, planning her next adventure, or pole dancing (yes, you read that right). She enjoys live music, traveling, hiking, yoga, playing with her fur babies and soaking up the sweetness of life. I thought Leo would come across as this player or at least as a sarcastic dude, but Steiner really showed his inner soft side and how he could really be a good friend. Living across from him and watching him parade his one-night-stands in and out only reminds me of how he broke my heart.Mary was a fun heroine. I loved how she was unapologetically herself. She loves tattoos, videogames, and is just herself. Leo is a college football star and it honestly seems like these two wouldn't work together but they have insane chemistry! For real, you can just tell these two are meant to be.
