(OK, so technically they use almond butter, but you could just as easily swap it out for peanut butter.) For the record, if you haven’t tried a grilled PB&J before, you haven’t lived yet. It beats grilled cheese any day of the week.) First, you'll want to soak your raisins in some warm water for at least 20 minutes. They will plump up and this will make them easier to blend into the peanut butter. When you drain them, save the liquid in case you need it during blending. Dump the drained raisins in your blender.
