Once installed the battery can be charged inside the torch via the magnetic charging point located on the underside. Connect the magnetic end of the included cable to the charging point, and the standard USB at the other end plugs into a suitable USB port or adaptor. The LED indicator built into the button will glow red while charging is in progress and turn green to show charging is complete after approximately 4 hours, 30 minutes for a full charge. The torch can also be charged wall mounted by attaching the included mount to a wall and placing the magnetic charger in the base, then clipping the torch to it to charge.

The switch is a little small, especially when programming it this could be impractical. Personalizing the lights takes some patience and time: fortunately you don't have to do this on a daily basis. Value for money? It offers a 1200 lumen output on the power setting with a 200 metre beam distance. (Boost mode can be activated when more light is needed, offering 2000 lumens for a short time when you need it most).
