About this deal

Start at the end post and secure the mesh to it by using cable ties. These ties can be threaded through the pre-drilled holes in the post. Dig a trench along your fence line, then fold the bottom of the mesh at a 90-degree angle to form a 15cm lip. This extension will cover the trench’s bottom. The t-posts are made of very strong iron designed to be driven into the ground approx 50cm to keep them in place. Therefore, the total height should be 50cm longer than the height of the fence that you plan to install. For example, if you plan to install a fence 1m high you will need a 1.5m tall post. Post height We supply six different tubular fence systems which include either medium or heavy duty hollow metal posts, straining posts, stretcher bars, winders, and in some systems; top rails. Tubular fencing is supplied as a whole system for fence heights of 0.9 metres to 3.6 metres. Chain link or welded mesh rolls are then affixed to the posts and rails. Boundaries: It's used to mark property boundaries and enclose areas while still allowing visibility through the fence.

Chain link fencing, often referred to as cyclone fencing or wire netting, is a type of metal fence that consists of interwoven steel wires in a diamond-shaped pattern. This fencing style is known for its affordability, durability, and versatility, making it a popular choice for a wide range of applications. Wrought iron fencing is often considered a premium option due to the craftsmanship involved and the quality of the materials. As a result, it's generally more expensive than other types of fencing.Durability: Gabion fences are built to withstand environmental conditions, and the use of sturdy materials makes them long-lasting. Electric / hidden options are usually the cheapest which is the reason why pet owners buy them but they do not realise the potential cost to their pet’s health.

Public Spaces: It's used in public areas, parks, and recreational facilities to delineate boundaries and control access. Durability: Galvanised steel wires are resistant to rust and corrosion, contributing to the fence's longevity. Steel posts are often chosen for their robustness, while aluminium posts are appreciated for their lightweight and corrosion resistance. Installing new fencing can be an investment, but DuraPost’s 25-year guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. Not only is DuraPost agreat alternative to concrete fence posts due to its premium look, but Durapost is also up to 80% lighter than the concrete alternative. Despite this, it is extremely durable and can withstand harsh winds of up to 110 mph. DuraPost products will not chip, rot or warp over time.

Metal fence packages

The fence rolls can be unrolled and stretched between posts, and the mesh can be attached securely using appropriate hardware. Most fencing will have a spacing of approx 3 meters. If you place them closer together the fence will be stronger and if you space them further apart the fence will be less sturdy. The lighter the fence mesh/material being used the further apart they can be installed. A contemporary alternative to concrete or timber fence posts, DuraPost products are made to last. Made from long-lasting galvanised steel, they are strong and durable and are compatible with most types of fencing.

Proceed with securing the remaining section of the mesh by following the process described in step 4. Fence posts for ornamental metal railings are square hollow section posts that can be customised with decorative post caps. Bow top and anti-trap bow top railings are supplied with round hollow section posts with a domed cap, complementing the curved design of the fence. Like our vertical bar systems, panels are secured to posts with our hidden vandal-proof connectors.Attach the mesh to the end post using cable ties, which you can thread through the pre-drilled holes. For stronger and more secure fencing, set your posts in concrete by digging a 50cm hole and pouring cement into it for them to sit in.
