I usually get size 8 sneakers for most brands and it’s a safe bet, though there’s always a small gap of excess room behind my ankle. Since Adidas offers half sizes I decided to go for 7.5 which usually fits me well too. Finally, the shoes are easy to clean, you can simply use one of those lysol wipes or wet towel, mix it with a dash of soap and you’ll be good to go.
