Gia Garlic Puree is a rich and intense garlic flavoured paste that is based on a traditional Italian recipe. During the preparation process the garlic is carefully handled to ensure that it retains its flavour. Gia Sundried Tomato Puree – available from most supermarkets, add the richness of sundried tomatoes to any recipe. Blended with oils and herbs, the secret ingredient to any good meal. There is no need to marinade the cooked king prawns ahead of time. Letting them sit in yoghurt and spices whilst you prep and cook the sauce is plenty of time. Serve straight to the table in the pan. Top with a generous helping of parmesan cheese and a handful of parsley. Served in Giant Yorkshire pudding which not only does it look good but at the same time it soaks up all the flavours of the stew.

Seriously though even if you don't like them normally give this a whirl it may convert you! If you really can't stand them leave them out. Herbs - We used dried Italian mixed herbs for flavouring the spicy meatballs. It is a mixture of basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram and thyme. You can use fresh or frozen instead. We like ours fairly hot, so we used 2 teaspoon Gia chilli puree in total. Which is the equivalent to 2 whole crushed chillies.

It is so easy, simply place all the ingredients in the pressure cooker pot / slow cooker pot/ casserole dish. This puree can be used in a variety of different recipes, including sauces, garlic bread, casseroles and stews. It will look quite dry at this point, however the gammon retains alot of liquid which will be released when cooked. Make sure you have plenty of foil to bring over the salmon to make a parcel. It acts like a steamer infusing the lemon and garlic flavours.
