About this deal

The bass driver of the speaker is custom-owned by Yamaha, which they use in all their speakers. Other than that, it consisted of a two-inch voice coil. The speaker also had a cone that measured almost 10 inches. You should get an instant answer on whether your application has been successful, though in some rare cases Klarna or V12 may need to look at the application in more detail. I bought the DBR15. It's a very powerful and surprisingly light unit considering. I am comparing this to lugging around a JBL EON15 G2, which has fewer handles and weighs more. With this one, I grab both handles, hug it to my chest and walk as normal. Thank you! As mains, the church I was using them at had only one complaint—they looked too small. I had to grill them to get them to admit they sounded full and big and they finally admitted it. This was in a 200 seat ballroom and they had plenty of headroom for the typical guitar/keyboard duo. Keys sounded huge through them too. I was running four—two on the floor in stereo and two as mains with an Allen & Heath QU-SB digital board and an iPad.

Whether it's to and from the gig, or even just changing positions when you're there. That's why Yamaha's DBR series has been built with portability in mind. I/O connectors - INPUT1: Combo x1, INPUT2: Combo x 1 RCA pin x 2 (Unbalanced), OUTPUT: XLR3-32 x 1 (CH1 Parallel Through or CH1 CH2 Mix)I/O connectors INPUT1: Combo x1, INPUT2: Combo x 1 + RCA pin x 2 (Unbalanced), OUTPUT: XLR3-32 x 1 (CH1 Parallel Through or CH1+CH2 Mix) DBR Series speakers feature an optimized 50 degrees wedge angle for floor monitoring. The speaker is also loaded with a transducer, an amplifier, and DSP technologies. The DSP technology is a staple for Yamaha’s high-end speaker models. The frequency response of the speaker is around 55Hz to 20kHz. DBR Series powered loudspeakers harness the same state-of-the-art Yamaha DSP, amplifier and speaker technologies developed for the professional DSR Series and DXR Series lineups, ensuring high-resolution sound at any output level. High-Efficiency 1000W Class-D Amplifiers Sound quality is excellent. The feature of having a 3 position sound contour setting allows alternatives for boosting the highs and lows to fit the application somewhat, but it is not as flexible as having knobs for highs and lows that can each be adjusted anywhere in a range. I use the contour in the Off position - i.e. flat with no boosting on the speaker - and do my sound shaping on the input signal from a mixer. Sounds great, and I get exactly what I want. If you need to plug a mic directly into the speaker, it needs to be of the type that doesn’t require phantom power, and the sensitivity may also be a little lower than you’d be used to with a mixer, but it will get you by for announcements or musical applications where effects are not required. It’s always better to have this facility than not as it could get you out of trouble if somebody pours beer into your mixing desk halfway through a gig!

Collection and delivery costs are included for the first 2 years in the event of an item becoming faulty Compared these with DXR8's, DXR10's, K8's, and K10's in both playing music through them and using them live with both band situations and solo acoustic environments. They are every bit the speaker that I compared them too. Are there slight nuances that are different? Of course... every speaker has its own characteristic. That being said the new DBR series speakers will provide you the same sonic experience as DXR series Yamaha's and the K series QSC's with a little less power and plastic rather than metal exteriors. (in other words, they will scratch easier) The cone is placed beneath a horn-loaded compression driver about 1 inch in size.
