About this deal

Aloe, Lavender, White Camphor, Mango Fruit Extract, Spearmint, Rosemary Oil, Pine Needle, Grapefruit Extract I have been using a couple serums from the same Parent Company, I believe. The brand is ‘Clean Beauty’ which is distributed by Jocott Brands Inc. (I’m sure you’re fully aware of Google searching ‘clean beauty brand’ will come up with, basically every single brand that claims to be have clean skincare. Even Sephora has a ‘Clean Beauty’ section featuring all their lower synthetic products) I’m really glad I stumbled across your article. I want to know more about this ominous, seemingly out of nowhere, Jocott Brands, Inc. I could do that with a roller. I could do that with a Stencil Brush. I’ll do the other colours here too. You will see how they’re all affected. So a bit of glaze, a little bit of Antibes Green… Isn’t that beautiful? So what I’m really saying, too, is that every colour you do is going to be a lot lighter. It’s not going to have the strength of that, so you’ve got to judge what you’re going to get.

I haven’t tried the mists/toners you’re taking about (although I’ve looked at them, I too, love those spray toners, facial mists, etc)

Factsheet for pearlessence, n.

I’m going to do the same thing, a little bit of the glaze and a little bit of Aubusson Blue. Oops, too much there! So just wipe that away and add on to there. You end up with these beautiful colours, very, very shimmering and just beautiful. And you can mix. So I could use a little bit of Florence and mix that with some Aubusson Blue I think just to make it a bit darker. That one is actually quite strong! The more paint you put, the less shimmering it’s going to be, and I think that is the beauty of it all the shimmering.

Add matt mediums to reduce sparkle, and increase appearance of sparkle by mixing with gloss mediums. I used it on my stomach throughout my pregnancy, and even though stretch marks run in my family, typically weighing 112 pounds, 5’5” gaining nearly 60 pounds and having an 8 pound baby; not one stretch mark.I’m mixing now the Pearlescent Glaze with some colours. And this for me is one of the most exciting things. So I just want to show you these: so that is a colour that I’ve made by using Florence; this is one I’ve made using Antibes Green; and this one using Aubusson Blue. So how you do it is…I’m going to have lots of glaze there! And now the key is to have just a tiny, tiny bit of colour. So I’m just going to… a little tiny bit on there and then mix that in. You see what a huge difference that makes? You’ve got to be careful that you don’t put too much in otherwise you’re going to obliterate the translucency of it. And then I can just paint that on there. Isn’t that beautiful?

Pearlescent Glaze is only suitable for indoor use. If using in high traffic areas such as kitchens or floors, finish with a final coat of Chalk Paint™ Lacquer for added protection. Pearlessence Aloe + Charcoal Detoxifying Mask is a clay mask that includes activated charcoal and aloe vera leaf juice as key ingredients. Activated charcoal works by trapping toxins and impurities in its millions of tiny pores. Rather than absorbing the toxins, however, activated charcoal works through adsorption (the chemical reaction where elements bind to a surface). Thus, activated charcoal helps to purify and detoxify the skin. Aloe vera leaf juice helps to soothe and hydrate the skin. Lastly, this mask contains two types of natural clays: kaolin and bentonite. These clays both have excellent absorption properties, which means they can absorb excess oil from the pores and help to reduce shine. They also function as gentle abrasives that can exfoliate the top layers of skin, removing any accumulated dead skin cells to reveal a brighter, smoother complexion. OK, so this brand has baffled me for about three years now. I’ve been an aesthetician for 16 years, having work mostly in dermatology. I found the rosehip facial oil at TJ Maxx when I was pregnant. Always being one to read the ingredients to determine whether or not to buy, Especially when it’s an “over the counter“ product, I did like that this only had four ingredients. Even though fragrance is one of them, it’s listed as the last ingredient. (Ingredients are always listed from highest concentration to lowest.)So I’m going to explain Pearlescent Glaze is. So this is it, it’s quite white looking but in fact it’s translucent and in a way it’s very much affected by the colours that are underneath it. So if I paint it on to here a white paint underneath it looks white. If I paint it here on to different colours; that looks pinky, that looks yellowy; that looks blue. The idea is that it enhances that colours that are underneath it. And it’s got this beautiful, beautiful glaze to it, which does catch the light. If your project will include areas not covered with Pearlescent Glaze, your paintwork will still need protection. Apply a layer of Chalk Paint™ Lacquer after painting and before applying the glaze.

For anyone else who’s interested, I went down a rabbit hole and found some other interesting info below based on your comment about “Jocott Brands, Inc”.

In 2020, Chalk Paint™ turns 30. Yay! To celebrate this milestone, I’ve created this Pearlescent Glaze. Pearl is traditionally used to mark 30th anniversaries. And when I began the company, I offered a similar product – Pearl Paint – so this is a nod to my heritage. There it is there.
