Azienda Agricola Endrizzi Elio & F.lli was established thanks to a family that had been cultivating the land with passion for generations and devotion. An iconic Trentino brand, Pedrotti is a family run business that appeared in the annals of agriculture for the first time in 1901. Near the enchanting Lago di Toblino and its castle, in the middle of the vine-covered countryside of the Piano Sarca, you can find Cantina Toblino. Softest bulles on the palate with juicy acidity delightfully integrated with the minerality and fruitiness of the Chardonnay.

The grapes for Ferrari wines are also got from Trentodoc vineyards. This is the first DOC in Italy that is dedicated to 100% Metodo Classico varietal only. The only other place in the world, where you will find a dedicated vineyard for this varietal is Champagne in France. The Trentodoc wine range has more than 40 local wine producers working on it to create almost 100 plus wines. Cantina Salizzoni is situated in the historic centre of Calliano, in the heart of the Vallagarina valley, near Castel Beseno and the ancient fortresses of Rovereto.Founded in 1956 by 11 vine-growers, with over 480 members, the company survives and monitors a production area of 750 hectares, mainly spread over a hilly area around the city of Trento. Cantine Levii produces Trentodoc sparkling wine from high altitude grapes harvested on our vineyards at the feet of the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO biosphere reserve. All Levii products are Millesimati aged on lees for at least 30 months.

The Fondazione Mach (The Mach Foundation), previously the Istituto Agrario di San Michele all’Adige (San Michele all’Adige Agrarian Institute), is an important research and training centre in the agricultural, food and environmental sectors. With its mountain viticulture, Trentino is an area that is extraordinarily suited to the production of sparkling wines of great elegance and complexity: the alternation of warm days and cool nights gives added quality to the grapes, giving them a rainbow of different flavors and fragrances. Vineyards have southeastern and southwestern exposures on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino. Cantina Michele Sartori is located on the Tenna hill, an area historically suited for the cultivation of vines. The major reason for success for Ferrari’s wines is the quality of its mountainside vineyards located in Trentino. This place is highly suited for creating exotic sparkling wines. The warm afternoons and the cool nights give a lot of character and flavour to the fruits grown here. The complexity of the soil terroirs helps in creating unique fruits that are different from other parcels. Today, these guarded mountainside vineyards are regarded as the largest area of Chardonnay vines in Italy. Harmonious and well-balanced, with a faint suggestion of ripe fruit and attractive hints of crusty bread.

Organic viticulture - also at Ferrari

The Ferrari wineryhas received many awards. The title of "Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year" in 2015 was followed in the same year by the award as "European Winery of the Year" by the U.S. trade magazine "Wine Enthusiast". With the management quartet around Alessandro, Matteo, Marcello and Camilla, the winery today occupies a top position in Italy. It is already the third family generation that continues to live Giulio Ferrari's dream. The secret of success is not only the knowledge but also the particularly high commitment of a professionally competent team, where the pursuit of harmonious cooperation is a high priority. Corvée is a project that wants to remember and pay homage to the many people who, through their free work, have created the splendid grape terraces that characterize the Cembra valley.

Today, the Lunelli Group is led by the family’s third generation and still abides by faithful principles. The Pisoni family has worked in the Valle dei Laghi, directly to the north of Lake Garda, at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, since 1852.
