In our review, the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute comes with a range of sophisticated and high-quality attachments. You’ll always have the right tool at hand. We were particularly surprised by the revised attachments. The V15 Detect also comes with the High-Torque cleaning head, that when used on Auto Mode, will adjust the power to suit the type of floor you’re cleaning when using. However, unlike the version that ships with the V11 range, it now has 56 polycarbonate teeth that shred hair into small sections, to stop it getting tangled around the bristles of the cleaning head. With this, you can store your new Dyson upright on the wall, which saves a lot of space. You can also attach two accessories, so they're always at hand. The idea is to offer an alternative for sensitive floors (like parquet). But, of course, these nozzles also work on any other hard floor (vinyl, laminate, PVC, tiles, etc.). We cleaned twice on hard floors, as Dyson UK has supplied the Torque-Drive standard floor nozzle and the Slim Laser Fluffy attachment for this.I'm generally unbothered by this issue because I primarily rely on robot vacuums for my floors, and only use the V15 Detect (and my older V8) for touch-ups as well as cleaning my couch and car. If you plan to use the V15 Detect as your primary vacuum, this limitation may annoy you, especially if you have a large home. With its wand attachment, the V15 Detect measures 49.6 by 10.5 by 9.8 inches (HLW). It weighs 6.8 pounds, which feels a bit heavy compared with my old 5.63-pound V8, but it's still easy to hold and use. Like the V10 and V11, the V15 Detect has a 0.2-gallon dustbin, up from the V8's 0.14-gallon capacity.
