About this deal

For hygiene reasons, discard unfinished milk in the feeding bottle immediately after use, and always after 1 hour. Not every parent can produce breast milk. No matter what choice you make, we will support your unique feeding journey. Boil 1 litre of freshly run water. Leave kettle to cool for 30 minutes and no longer. Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle. Be careful of scalding. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water. Store in a cool, dry place. Bottles should remain in the box or in a dark place to protect the contents from light. Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful. Place the sterilised lid on the beaker and shake immediately, vertically and vigorously for at least 10 seconds until the powder is dissolved.

Breastfeeding is best for babies and provides many benefits. It is important that, in preparation for and during breastfeeding, you eat a varied, balanced diet. Combined breast and bottle-feeding in the first weeks of life may reduce the supply of your own breast milk, and reversing the decision not to breastfeed is difficult. The social and financial implications of using an infant milk should be considered. Improper use of an infant milk or inappropriate foods or feeding methods may present a health hazard. If you use an infant milk, you should follow manufacturer’s instructions for use carefully – failure to follow the instructions may make your baby ill. Aptamil® Advanced Follow On Milk helps meet the increased nutritional needs of infants from 6 to 12 months. After 6 months, once weaning is established, we recommend giving your baby about 1 pint (500-600ml) per day. Answer: It really comes down to personal preference as both liquid and powder formulas offer the same amount of nutrition when prepared according to their guidelines. In fact, you can use both interchangeably so it’s perfectly safe to switch. If you’re not sure which one you’d prefer to use, try both and see which one works for you. Question: What does GMO and non-GMO mean? Both of these brands have been chosen as they’re some of the biggest names in the baby formula world, and are used by moms and dads all over the world. When choosing your baby formula, it’s really important that you study the ingredients list carefully. You want to avoid harmful chemicals, preservatives, and additives that can do serious damage to your baby’s fragile body. To warm the feed, stand sealed bottle in hot water. Remember to test the temperature on your wrist before feeding the baby.
