About this deal

I compared the two of them side by side (one tiny spritz on each wrist) earlier this morning, and it was immediately apparent that the Parfum was behaving better. It's rounder, creamier and more chocolatey, it wants to seduce you. The note of orchid doesn’t have a particular smell, so you won’t be able to detect it, it is a fantasy note that fragrance crafters tend to create from other, synthetical nuances. On clean skin, spray once or twice on desired areas. Do not rub the fragrance on skin, as this can alterhow the fragrance develops. Projection was close to your bubble, so was sillage. This will be a scent that doesn't reach across a room- but anyone walking side by side with your or sitting across a restaurant table will be able to catch whiffs of this. Longevity was excellent. Applying at 8PM and a shower later, I woke up the next day and could still smell this on my skin.

A true, winter fragrance made for any woman or man that loves challenges, love daring and unique scents, and for everyone who wants to be innovative, alluring, and sexy. Many people also smelled the truffle (mushroom) note, which has a musky, ambery, animalic scent, and even though my nose didn’t detect it, it doesn’t seem yours won’t. At the bottom, you will find a serial number on both boxes, but on the original, you can see the batch code engraved in the box, while the fake one doesn’t contain one, which is a major difference. Enter the BO Parfum. First wow is for the bottle, shiny golden screaming for a Hollywood star vanity. When they say it projects and lasts they weren’t wrong! Needs a new scale that goes beyond enormous and eternal hahaha. In theory it should be too much, but it’s not, and this is a testament to just how beautifully this is put together. Even the weighty gold bottle conveys pure opulence and luxury when you hold it in your hand. Finally, for the next few hours I can detect a vanillic boozy note- it's not overpowering since the earthy chocolate and fruit are still there, but it adds a nice "come sniff me again and again" aspect to the fragrance. One of the best in my collection, and in winter this is my first choice for an important event. It smells so dark, so earthy and so complex and classy, evolves into something different by second. The truffles, the juicy winter fruits, the booze. An open buffet for your dark soul. Eternal longevity, one of the longest lasting in my collection and in first couple of hours it will make its presence felt in a room full of people. Stands out. Do not apply more than 4 sprays though. It may be too headache inducing on other people.

The opening is super boozy and dark, with rum and chocolate at the forefront, as you wear it that side quiets down, becoming overall a sweeter, musky floral, the Ylang-Ylang gives it this almost "sunny" quality that I feel like saves it from being exclusively for the cold weather. This creamy middle still has significant depth though, it's not just a floral, it's got an almost gourmand aspect to it, in the sense that you want to it, but without ever smelling like actual sweets. For the base you get this very nice, earthy, a bit smokey earthy patchouli that just smells NICE. All in all, even though I don't get a huge difference between the parfum and the EDP, I'm not terribly disappointed. Now I have about 200 ml instead of only 100 ml of a fragrance that's really enjoyable to my nose! 😊👍 The whole appearance reminds of a luxurious, boss type of vibes, with its minimalistic yet mysterious look — it will sit beautifully on your bedroom shelf. To make sure that you are buying an original batch, I want to share with you some major differences between original and fake batches, that will definitely save you money and frustration. On my skin the Parfum is the smoothest, creamiest and sweetest version. ( it’s not a sweet fragrance but has a syrupy/boozy quality to it). I find it easier to wear day to day than the EDP. Longevity is good (8 hours) - better than the EDT, not as long wearing as the EDP. The majority of people are used to applying numerous sprays of the perfume, thinking it will make the fragrance last longer and project louder. A number of sprays that are needed for a fragrance to open properly and give you its best performance vary from scent to scent.

This signature unisex fragrance has provided individuals with distinct, sophisticated character ever since its debut in 2006. I own and wear the EDT, the parfum, and the EDP. If I was to do a brief side by side comparison of all three this would be my conclusion; A sweet amber-vanilla accord emerges as it dries down, with soft spices and booziness remaining as it fades. Sillage is fairly strong and longevity is long-lasting. Ideally worn during autumn/winter. ALCOHOL DENAT, FRAGRANCE (PARFUM), WATER/AQUA/EAU, BHT, LINALOOL, LIMONENE, CINNAMYL ALCOHOL, CITRONELLOL, COUMARIN, GERANIOL, EUGENOL, FARNESOL, BENZYL BENZOATE, HYDROXYCITRONELLAL, BENZYL SALICYLATE, BENZYL CINNAMATE, CITRAL, ISOEUGENOL, BENZYL ALCOHOL, CINNAMAL, ANISE ALCOHOL * The projection is also satisfactory, in the first 2 to 3 hours it evolves beautifully around you, and with the silage being strong as well, people a few feet away from you will have no issue detecting it.The first spray gives you a fruity-floral and earthy mixture of several different notes that you cannot really detect individually. It is a strong and bold opening, very prominent and unique to the level we can call unconventional. Most of the time I dress so called "old money" or dark academia-esque, goes with this style also due to earthiness and rum notes IMO. Yeah, despite the funky smell of ylang-ylang. I guess this could be categorized as dark academia partying fragrance. It is dark/gothic enough to go with the athmosphere but it is loud with a twist to it. Smells more educated, smoother compared to the EDP. I may just be too much of a basic bitch to appreciate this and maybe it will grow on me...but as of right now, I'm glad I sampled first. If you don't like the EDP, you will hate this. And if you own the EDP, it would be pretty redundant. Definitely more feminine to my nose, but then again the original is just barely unisex for me... I’ve not much else to add in describing this scent. The original smell is well known and has a bit of a cult following and this ‘version’ has many parallels to its predecessor, the EDP. It’s a professionally blended composition that requires strong, blending skills that Tom Ford tends to invest in its high-quality scents.

This is not a perfume for everyone, you have to have the confidence and the look to match it, otherwise you'll just get eaten alive by it, but if you do, this will definitely be your secret weapon scent. The middle dry-down may be the “weirdest” of them all since there are lots of things going on. You get the sweetness, spiciness, and almost like a jammy effect. The dry down mellows things out a bit, I guess it's a LITTLE boozy but still, not much...it's definitely more pleasant than the opening and much closer to the original The one big difference is that on my skin this parfum stays closer to the opening and mid versus the OG. After a very long time the original dies down on my skin to a pleasant sweet vanilla whereas the parfum retains more of it's character. The atomizer on the original one has a shinier, more goldish color and looks very clean and nice, while the fake one has a pale and rustic design. The EDT is the brightest, freshest version of the scent. It’s better for spring or summer evenings. Out of the three this one has the best projection but the longevity is not as good - probably just 3-4 hours. I find this to be the most feminine leaning of the line although they are all perfectly unisex.
