About this deal

Fuji’s free Camera Remote app, available for iOS and Android, allows you to transfer images from the camera to a mobile device automatically or manually. Remote shooting is possible with touch focus and a virtual shutter button. The app provides access to the most important settings including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, exposure compensation (depending on what exposure mode is set) so you can easily adjust those parameters to suit the shooting conditions. Fujinon XF 50mm f/2 is a weather and dust-resistant lens that can take colds to incredible -10 degrees Celsius. It supports the maximum magnification of 0,15 x and an angle of view of 31,7 degrees. Separations are excellent, and the bokeh is satisfactory. However, it feels pretty limited, so it showed the best results for environmental portraits. It works extraordinarily well, is pretty responsive, and delivers excellent shots even in low-light surroundings. The lens is relatively small, but don’t let it fool you – it is the best prime lens I have used in quite some time. All of the images I got with it were of fantastic quality.

The focusing ring is exceptionally responsive and represents a nearly perfect ergonomic solution. The autofocus system itself is superior. Not even once e I have a problem with focus-hunting or lag. It occurred when subjects were at the side of the frame. Generally speaking, the image quality is better than expected. Besides superior sharpness, colors are beautifully rendered, and the contrast adds to the impression of fine details. Given that this is the same basic setup as the original X-T30, we were already confident that image quality was going to be great, and we haven’t been disappointed. Colors are beautifully vibrant, and images have bags of detail – and those film simulation modes are always fun to experiment with. It's safe to say that Fujifilm hasn’t done much more than tweak the original X-T30 for the Mark II iteration, although that’s not necessarily a bad thing when you’re working with some pretty impressive features in the first place. A good example is the same 26.2MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS sensor. This is Fujifilm’s current top-line sensor, also found in its higher-end cameras, so you can’t get better than that. While not class-leading, the X-T30's AF system is speedy and reliable in most (but not all) situations.Still pictures: Standard output sensitivity equivalent to ISO 160 – 12800 in increments of 1/3 EV; AUTO; extended output sensitivity equivalent to ISO 80, 100, 125, 25600, or 51200 An abundance of features on this midrange camera meet the technical and creative needs for most photographers who prefer to have full control over their picture-taking. Like other Fujifilm X-series cameras, the love it or hate it (I love it) retro look, feel and operation of the X-T30 provides a unique photographic experience that will motivate you to think more seriously about making pictures. Read the rest of our Fujifilm X-T30 review to see what else we liked, as well as sample photos and video. Auto, Custom 1, Custom 2, Custom 3, color temperature selection, direct sunlight, shade, daylight fluorescent, warm white fluorescent, cool white fluorescent, incandescent, underwater All of the images were well exposed, even in low-light situations. The general sharpness is satisfactory, with lovely details and high contrast across the frame. The lens has an internal focusing and zoom system, which means that the lens extension and length remain constant throughout the zoom range.

Whether you're a hardcore videographer, landscape photographer or a soccer mom, we've spelled out what the X-T30 is best suited for. While the X-T30 relies on Fujifilm lenses that feature the company’s Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) to provide compensation from camera shake (and the level of compensation is dependent on the lens), the X-S10 benefits from Fujifilm’s in-body image stabilization (IBIS). This is the third time we’ve seen this in-body system in a Fujifilm camera, following both the X-H1 and X-T4. I am grateful for the optical image stabilization, which is highly effective. It gained a few f-stops since I got great handheld shots in the late evening. Fujifilm has earned a lot of fans for the way its cameras handle color, and as we’d expect, you get beautifully rich tones and vibrancy. JPEG images directly from the camera look fantastic, while the raw files give you lots of scope to make adjustments as you see fit. in., 2360k-dot OLED viewfinder; magnification 0.62× with 50 mm lens (35 mm format equivalent) at infinity and diopter set to −1.0 m −1; diagonal angle of view approximately 31° (horizontal angle of view approximately 26°)mm × 82.8 mm × 46.8 mm (31.9 mm excluding projections, measured at thinnest part)/4.66 in. × 3.26 in. × 1.84 in. (1.26 in.) I specifically liked excellent optical image stabilization. This Fujinon uses gyro and acceleration sensors to achieve five-stop image stabilization. It suppressed lots of shakes, which I noticed while shooting from my hands.
