If you have children or pets you're worried might damage an expensive chair, the Dark Demon is definitely tough enough to alleviate those fears. And even if you don't, the chair is extremely durable and feels like it could last a lifetime. One thing I really like about AndaSeat PVC is its softness and breathability. Comfier, breathable velour-type fabrics may be less easy to keep in shape.
