About this deal

I enjoyed this book and the whole series and highly recommend it to anyone that likes the "spy world"! All this is to be expected in a genre bound by convention as tightly as our perp bound the ankles of his victims, but the reader can see most of the mystery coming from a long way off, making the yarn less effective than most.

C., setting is rendered with familiarity and the writing doesn't get in the way of the fast-moving plot. First Read: This series blows me away every time because the characters have so much depth and they are written with such clarity that you feel they just passed you on the street and said Good Morning. But to my surprise this book was fantastic and one of the must reads of this series even if the payoffs for the series was a little weak.Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). The original members are Oliver Stone, the leader of the club and ex-member of triple six division of CIA; Reuben Rhodes, a Vietnam Vet; Caleb Shaw, employee of the Library of Congress; and Milton Farb, a child prodigy. Your payment method will be charged immediately, and the product is expected to ship on or around November 6, 2007.

It's fast paced, full of plot twists and turns and enough red herrings to keep you (and the characters) guessing. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. It seems that the mysterious attackers might have another target in their sights, and if the Camel Club is unable to stop them, the results would be nothing less than catastrophic. As I was reading Hell's Corner, right on the heals of the Jason Bourne books that I read a few weeks ago, Baldacci's Oliver Stone turned out to be more and more as Robert Ludlum's Jason Bourne. As usual, a well devised plot, characters that have credibility and an execution of the plot that makes you wonder what turns are coming and indeed where the next corner maybe. The story rattles along at a good pace and has enough twists and turns but as always it's the characters that I struggle with - they are just too perfect for their roles.

It also happens that after trying to avoid hurting his friends, he finally breaks down to Annabelle request and allows the Camel Club into the investigation. I kept trying to figure out who the rat was in the story and every time I would start to think it was so and so, another twist was get thrown my way.

Oliver Stone is an American assassin who is about to undertake a mission for the President of the United States when an explosion involves him in an entirely new mission. A new NIC director Riley Weaver, also has a few secrets of his own, and doesn't really care for Stone/Carr, and makes sure to throw several roadblocks in his way, and worse, leave out important information that could have solved the puzzle much sooner.
