I have had confirmation from our Head Brewer that unfortunately Sole Star isn’t suitable for vegetarians. This has continued to modern day, with a huge choice of styles from brewers all over the country found across our beer range. From the IPA’s that were created to travel the seas to British colonies, to the porters enjoyed by 19th century transportation workers of London, it’s clear that England has a diverse history of beer production. Expect the flavours of lemon, lime and elderflower which finish off with the caramel and biscuit flavours of the malt. Our PerfectDraft Kegs are designed for minimal hassle and maximum enjoyment, ensuring that every pour is as perfect as the last. I can’t say for certain yet as all beers are different but it is our intention to do trials in June when the equipment is in place.We brew all the beer onsite in Southwold but we can currently only package cask beer, so bottle, can and keg are sent out for filtration and packaging. Ghost Ship is inspired by one of Adnams' most haunted pubs in one of the UK's most haunted villages, The Bell at Walbserswick. NMB was set up after seeing a gap in the market for a national supplier of rental drinks dispensers. Ghost Ship is brewed with Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara Malts which add depth and those moreish, biscuity hints we all know and love. There were rumours of an old bottle of Deathly Pale Ale in Southwold’s Red Lion, and the idea was to make something that resembled it.
