What seems to be a true difference, though, is that the salt form is more stable, easier to formulate and cheaper so it pops up more often on the ingredient lists. It also contains fair trade moringa oil, which is itself an excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants, including quercetin and vitamins A, C and E, all of which further the protection against environmental aggressors offered by the Drops of Youth plant stem cell trio. However, the major difference for me is that Alcohol is now the third ingredient, rather than the second, in the newer Drops of Youth Youth Concentrate product, as opposed to the Nutragenics version. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag.

So as far as natural skincare goes, the product does seem to live up to the claim of being predominantly natural. And while I didn't review it last year either, the Nutriganics line also had a Bouncy Sleeping Mask too.

The classic exfoliating ingredient in the peel is citric acid, though it's very low on the ingredients list, meaning it's included in small quantities. Whether it is the product itself or the metal applicator that is responsible for the cooling feeling, I don’t know, but the way the product comes out when you press the pump is what gets me excited.

Our 100% vegan concentrate is enriched with edelweiss plant stem cells, known to possess renowned renewal properties. While it's hard to tell, it could be indicative of a lower alcohol content, which means that given my preferences for less alcohol in my products, I definitely prefer the newer version. After this we hit Benzyl Alcohol, which does double duty as a preservative and a fragrance ingredient. Unlike the Essence Lotion, it doesn't have an unexpected texture, and unlike the Eye Concentrate, it doesn't have nifty packaging, but nevertheless, it's a good staple if you like this range. Since there are quite a number of products to go through, this post is going to be a tad long, so buckle your seatbelts, and let's get starte!

According to manufacturer info, it's also a moisturizer and helps to make the product feel great on the skin. It's the most lightweight product in the range, and the least emollient, so if you do use multiple items from the range, this should go on first.
