As time wore on, my temperature gradually altered from the much-welcomed cooling effect to stabilising at 'just right' comfort for the hours thereafter.The 4 stars for durability, it looks well made but I've only had it for 2 days so can't really comment on the durability. The only disadvantage is that the gel moves around, and if you end up lying on a part it has moved away from, it warms up with your own body temperature. This worked really well in term of it's coolness (in fact it feels *really* cold when you first put your head on it, which is a good thing IMO).
You can even pop it in your fridge for a few hours before use for the ultimate cooling pillow and it’s the perfect addition to your suitcase when you go away to (even) hotter climes!
