Acclaimed director Peter Jackson’s stunning docuseries The Beatles: Get Back will now be available to own on a Blu-ray Collector’s Set. However, what it does show is how he, and the other three, and you’ll notice this very early in proceedings, concentrate on following the one whose song it is by seemingly staring at him whilst trying to follow what he’s doing. Zavvi - The Home of Pop CultureDirected by Peter Jackson, The Beatles: Get Back is a three-part documentary series that takes audiences back in time to the band's intimate recording sessions. Reiterating that, there are over sixty hours of video and 150 hours of audio that have never been seen nor heard from The Beatles. While no physical release has been announced, the rooftop concert audio is currently streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and other major music streaming outlets. Peter Jackson has done the best he can to make this more watchable for the general masses, many who are turned off by overly grainy images, which I am sure the original footage had. Now I usually don’t mention grey area items unless they are really quite exceptional and this set my friends fits that bill. The boys in blue couldn't have timed it any better when they gate-crashed the Beatles in the grand finale performing 'Get Back' live ontop of the Apple building within earshot of the unsuspecting and bewildered passing trade below.
