All that being said, this is somewhat inspirational and I admire his pro-Christianity, pro-family stance. In first book there is more about how he grew up and what events affected him as a person and this one was more about his different projects and TV-shows. Along the way, Bear opens up about his most personal challenges, discovers the true value of adventure, and embodies the enduring power of courage, kindness and a never give up spirit.

Bear's story is no doubt incredible and the reason he is so admired is his ability to give a heartfelt account of what it has been like along the way. As an aging parent he acts like he's still a young marine that can be away from home for months then make up for it later. In truth they are putting on a show with a wall way up the same way he does, which is probably why he admires them.
