Harvesting our own sugar cane, sourcing water from our own limestone spring, and meticulously managing each step in the production process. A blend of pot and column still rum aged for a minimum of 12 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica, giving a more robust and complex flavor.

A constantly evolving taste experience – you will find deep oak, fruity and cocoa notes, followed by delicate molasses, vibrant orange peel, rich vanilla, subtle coffee with a hint of toasted oak and almond. It has a simple style and is made with molasses, which contributes to its rich and complex flavour profile.It sits in a mystical location known as the Nassau Valley, where the sugarcane grows between limestone hills, caves and underground water sources.
