Reading this book I was very excited however the writing is very elementary and basic whilst dealing with difficult and emotional topics. Part three is a relatively short denouement that does a great job not ignoring or effacing the past trauma, but showing how someone can pick up the pieces and try to move forward. I loved Nellie, I absolutely adored Billy, when it comes to Ray-I’m not sure how I feel about him lol. She adores her younger siblings and her best friend, who lives next door, and she dreams of traveling the world.
