Jennifer was named one of TikTok's top 100 creators, and has built a growing online community both through her weekly newsletter, and TikTok and Instagram accounts, reaching more than 1. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition; every body is unique and everyone has their own imperfect way of eating.
