Make up the contents of one Dioralyte Relief Raspberry sachet in 200ml (approximately 7 fluid ounces) of drinking water. Children over 1 year: One sachet after each loose stool, you can take up to 5 sachets each day, for up to 3 to 4 days.

For infants and where drinking water is unavailable, the water should be freshly boiled and cooled before mixing with Dioralyte.
