Many people seem to like the Fridays reissue, in my opinion, this pressing makes that seem pretty terrible. I played half of the title track from my regular release just to have a clear memory of how it sounded and there it was, music and Meat Loaf crumpled into a ball lodged somewhere between the front speakers but it's Bat out of Hell and it's great.Two years later we made the move to our present address, 35 The Headrow, where we have remained ever since. These again just didn't cut it and the Multichannel version being seen as a 'rush job' to cash in on the launch of SACD.

The opening track draws you in and takes me back to being a child listening for the first time my Dad's original vinyl copy. It may be easy to dismiss this as ridiculous, but there's real style and craft here and its kitsch is intentional.
