Auf das Buch "Make it Happen" von Jordanna Levin hatte ich mich schon sehr gefreut, ganz besonders weil ich hoffte für den kommenden neuen Jahresstart einfach ein paar Anregungen zu finden, wie man einfach positivere Kraft aus sich selbst ziehen kann und somit für sich persönlich gefühlsmäßig positiver durch den Alltag geht. Sie erklärt zu Anfang beispielsweise, dass sie sich ihre schlechten Beziehungen, beschissenen Jobs und eine ausgekugelte Schulter mit ihren negativen Gedanken selbst herbeigeführt hat, später erfährt man dann aber, dass Gedanken allein natürlich nichts verändern, sondern dass man Handeln muss (ja, ach nee.
