if your doing the fist video she has an instructor showing you how to do the moves and then correcting the class,if it hurts look at the vid again,do it very slowly,so you can barely see the movement bend your knees and keep your back straight,i watched the vid loads of times before i actually started doing it and you dont have to include all the moves ,but do make sure youve done a proper warm up.
