Any laser processing marks to the top and bottom of the mdf can be removed by using a light grade sandpaper or by simply painting over them. We have replaced this with hard brown wrapping paper; this has resulted in less damaged products which makes us all happy. The mini bunny heads are sanded to a smooth finish, ready for decorating with inks, stamps and papers.

Laser Cutting: The laser cutting process will leave a medium brown finish to the edges of the MDF after the laser cutting process has finished.
