The curries are AMAZING, the recipes are easy to follow and everything has a really well-presented and nice feel to it. On a technical issue I wish the book was produced using a spiral back as trying to hold it open on the right page is almost impossible leading to spicey finger marks in several places! We used black urid beans in our dal which gave it a ridiculously rich texture - went perfect with our chole bhature, carrot salad and chana chaat (and homemade roti recipe! It looks like you are making some truly legendary meals, every dish looks so rich and flavoursome they are making us super hungry, good job it's almost lunchtime!
