There are several manual focus third-party options available and especially the Mitakon Zhongyi Speedmaster 35mm f/0. This isn’t something that affects day to day use, but is worth noting that it does seem to be normal behaviour. The build quality is solid, and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of photos taken with it. Disclosure: this review is solely based on the real-world performance of this lens and will not be overly technical in nature.
