I often find myself getting connected more to characters from book series rather than standalones, simply because I get to spend more time (pages) with them. Getting inside Cal’s head where you get to see the opposite of the witty, funny brother he lets everyone else see.Cal went to Cami to say bye and I cried at this interaction, he told Cami he was sick and needs to get better and will be away for a while but promises to come back. He is tasked with spending the summer at his grandfather’s house in Lake Wisteria before selling it, but when Cal arrives in Lake Wisteria after spending six years away, he is shocked to discover that Lana, his childhood best friend and only love, lives in his grandfather’s house with her young daughter. From the moment we met this couple on the page together, I knew this love story was going to be something special.

He had to come to terms with so many things and overcome a lot of challenges from his childhood and adulthood lives.

Cal got Cami a custom-made boat with the help of Rowan of Cami’s fav princess, they make the boat together. No, there’s no confirmation of Antonella’s book but we might see her in the Lakefront series or not because some characters from final offer are getting their books. But after finishing the final offer I have different reasons for this to be my absolute favorite in the series. his recovery felt too easy, it happens extremely fast even tho majority of the book is him struggling w alcohol use.
