About this deal

Personally, I don’t find this an issue as I’m most likely to be using the lens wide open at closer quarters where this won’t be noticeable. which shows an interleaved grid pattern, similar to the fresnel that classic manual focus SLR users have seen. In general, this is an ordinary high-aperture 'planar' with all the basic properties that follow from here. II – but nailing focus wide open was do difficult and it’s so massive that I ended up giving it back.

Unlike most Fujinon autofocus lenses, the 9-blade rounded aperture produces very pleasant bokeh across all apertures, top that off with really nice micro-contrast and you have a very inexpensive lens that can pump out some really interesting images. However, I need to note that the flaring with this lens is quite beautiful so I wouldn’t spend too much time on finding a hood if I were you. A full-metal build and a smooth focus helicoid and aperture ring make using this lens an enjoyable experience.Originally a site to share his works in photography, the site now features a variety of contents where he can share and tell stories. The wordpress gallery algorithm/compression makes the images look really soft and weird unless you go to the lower right hand corner and press full size. The mounting-ring itself is made from a gorgeous shiny graphite colour that again just oozes quality!

I don't want to be too much for snob here the truth is that anyone looking for an inexpensive lens that can get some striking and artistic looking Images will be pleased with it. is a odd lens, but to be fair to it I think some of this comes from the fact that it’s also a very small lens – especially for its specification. Since shifting to mirrorless cameras, I found myself fond of using manual lenses because of focus-peaking. I had owned all of those 35mm except for the Voitgländer, but this little, shitty lens also took the best of me – all images had some imperfections, but instead of being annoying, they really added something very personal to the image.

But I have to say again that the flaring that this lens produces is absolutely stunning and can be used to great effect. The 7artisans I had was a lot of fun to use, had a very special character with a old-style sonnar design.

We are the main distributor of many notable brands like Viltrox, Godox, TTArtisan, Zhiyun, 7Artisans and Zeapon etc. This can also be seen in the fact that it uses a standard 52 mm filter thread just like Fujifilms own 35mm f/1. I thought to ask you -- in the spirit of the helpfulness of gear reviewers -- if you have a correction profile for this lens that you would be willing to share? You will catch some arcs if the sun is just out of frame especially when shooting at fast apertures. This is probably more important for cinematographers, but as I wrote further on up one of the benefits of the f/0.The lens is a beautifully crafted chunk of metal and glass that feels great in the hand and on the camera. Far from perfect, but actually quite refreshing in a world largely driven by the pursuit of perfection in optics. All I need to do is depress the back command dial, and the magnified view shows up, allowing me to confirm focus. It’s worth noting that this is very much a worst-case scenario that exaggerates the character of this lens’s bokeh, and it renders the rest of the frame (namely the bush and other foilage) very smoothly, even though the distinctive one-sided outlining of the bokeh is present.

This lens in a rugged metal body combines high speed, compact size and durable copper mechanics - great for mirrorless compact cameras.

The Chinese model is practical, it requires the right places to register a company and place a selection.
