If that type of roll involves more than one D6 (e.g. a Psychic test), treat one of those dice as an unmodified roll of 6 (do not roll that dice), then roll any other dice and add up the results as normal.

Dragon's Breath Flamer - The Dragon's Breath Flamer can unleash a ranging inferno upon a nearby foe. They are similar to the Heavy Flamers employed by the military forces of the Imperium of Man. Fuegan was thought lost when the Shrine of Asur was destroyed by Arhra, the Fallen Phoenix. Fuegan disappeared for many standard centuries, before reappearing during the final battle at Haranshemash, "The World of Blood and Tears" in the Aeldari Lexicon. With the benefit of centuries of experience, there is no foe this Exarch cannot identify the weakness of, coordinating the fire of their warriors into overwhelming surges of targeted heat. Fusion Gun - The Fire Dragons possess an unsurpassed mastery of heat-based weapons, and take savage delight in the devastation they create. They utilise a deadly xenos Melta Weapon known as a Fusion Gun, a weapon that is unique to the Fire Dragons amongst the Asuryani. Though it can only be used at short range, it possesses a sophisticated targeting system, as befits high status troops like Aspect Warriors. Like most Aeldari technology, the weapon is psychically activated, its resonant wraithbone construction being sensitive to the Aeldari's innately psychic mind. A Fire Dragons' Fusion Gun is linked to its targeter via its handle. If you were wondering how the Aspect Warriors would perform in the new Codex, these 40k Eldar Fire Dragons Rules are pretty spicy!Like nearly all Craftworlds models, Fire Dragons benefit from the Ancient Doom (reroll misses against Slaanesh in melee) and Battle Focus (advance + shoot normally) rules; while the former is fairly worthless, the latter is extremely useful for them, since their weapons are so short-ranged. Of course, even without it you could still advance and shoot thanks to the guns being Assault, but ignoring that -1 penalty is hardly trivial and helps ensure that they can get to the targets they need to hit. Dragon Head : Those aren't proxies, but they scream "Exodites". The minis are really impressive, and will be released soon. Saddly, the dragon is 54mm Space Marines have their Landspeeders and tactical marines to deliver the heat, Imperial Guard have their own veterans spammed out with melta guns to do the job so Fire Dragons should naturally fit right in with the same role correct? Perhaps, if you are trying to play like Space Marines and Imperial Guard…

All members of the unit come with a Fusion Gun (i.e. Meltagun- 12″ S8 AP-4 d6 damage) for a primary weapon, which is basically what the whole aspect lives on. They also carry Meltabombs, although there is essentially zero reason to ever use them- they have the same profile as the Fusion Gun but only a 4″ range, though they do reroll all failed wounds against vehicles (rather than just 1s), so in niche cases you might use them to try and kill a T8 target at point-blank range or something. The exarch of the unit can also swap his gun out for a Firepike (which has the same stats as the Fusion Gun, but an 18″ range) or a Dragon’s Breath Flamer (i.e. Heavy Flamer- S5 AP-1 d6 automatic hits)- forking out a few points for the Firepike isn’t a terrible option if you have some laying around and nothing better to buy, but neither are really particularly impressive options. If true, I'm not sure they're going to make the cut. The increased strength on their weapons is nice. The higher toughness is nice. The invuln is nice. They're still going to get shot off the board as soon as they either unload from a transport or webway strike. Not sure they're going to be worth it for the points unless they have some solid stratagem support. The universe of Warhammer 40k always exacts a price, however, and the one that the Eldar paid for their twisted ways and pride was one they paid in blood and terror – and one that the galaxy continues to pay.

Firepike - Fuegan is armed with a massive, elongated fusion-based weapon known as a Firepike. These fusion weapons cause the molecules of the target to hyper-vibrate, generating so much heat that their targets burst into flames before suddenly liquefying and then evaporating into nothingness. Then, adding 2 to the damage is also pretty crazy as this will basically guarantee that they kill anything. As the Fusion Guns will most likely be D6+4 Damage! Each could do 10 wounds. Fuegan learned the arts of war in the Shrine of Asur, under the eyes of Asurmen in that distant time, many Terran millennia ago, when the Warrior Aspects were first born. When the Asurya made their way across the galaxy, it was Fuegan who founded the shrines of the Fire Dragon upon the craftworlds -- the Warrior Aspect whose teachings advocate the utter annihilation of the enemy so that their demise is assured beyond all doubt. Here’s the good, and the things you need to watch out for, when you play Craftworlds Eldar in 9th edition Warhammer 40k. Doom, a Runes of Fate ability, lets you re-roll failed wound rolls made against an enemy unit within 24”. Finally, Focus Will, a Runes of Fortune ability, gives a friendly psyker +2 to their cast rolls during the current phase. These only scrape the surface of what’s possible for Craftworlds Eldar psykers; you’ve got a great well of abilities to choose from.
