You know there are so many books out there that can make your head explode with new ideas, and take you to places you've never imagined before. I'll bet you can find a book that can really get your head spinning and make your brain go Topsy-Turvy. Our trees come in a range of sizes, and will look spectacular inside your venue or marquee, or outside illuminating a garden or terrace. We’ll even deliver and assemble the trees for you. When the party’s over, we’ll come and collect them.

If you could climb a magical tree like the one in the book, what kind of magical land would you want to visit? The first title of the main trilogy, The Enchanted Wood, was published in 1939, although the Faraway Tree and Moon-Face had already made a brief appearance in 1936 in The Yellow Fairy Book. A picture-strip book, Up the Faraway Tree, was published in 1951. Over the years, the Faraway Tree stories have been illustrated by various artists including Dorothy M. Wheeler (first editions), Rene Cloke, Janet and Anne Grahame Johnstone, and Georgina Hargreaves. Can you imagine the noise he makes when he moves around? I've always been really adventurous, so I loved reading about the incredible things that happened in this book. It's a bit like dreaming, because there's loads of magical things that go onMr. Watzisname cannot remember his name. He sleeps and snores all the time. During a particular story at the Land of Secrets, Mr. Watzisname discovers his name, Kollamoolitumarellipawkyrollo, then forgets it almost immediately as it is so long; Over the years, the Faraway Tree stories have been illustrated by various artists including Dorothy Wheeler, Rene Cloke, Janet and Anne Grahame Johnstone and Georgina Hargreaves. Faraway Tree Books, Stories and Games The LEGO Disney Princess building toy features a 2-level treehouse, waterfall, zip line, 13 LEGO Disney mini-doll figures, including Disney’s Mulan, Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon, Anna and Elsa from Frozen, Moana, Wendy and Tinker Bell from Peter Pan, Alice from Alice in Wonderland, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Tiana from The Princess and the Frog, Pocahontas, Princess Jasmine from Aladdin and Ecanto's Mirabel. In 1997, stories from the novels were adapted into animated ten-minute episodes for the TV series Enid Blyton's Enchanted Lands. The series, entitled Enchanted Lands: The Magic of the Faraway Tree had 13 episodes:

The first title of the main trilogy, The Enchanted Wood, was published in 1939, although the Faraway Tree and Moon-Face had already made a brief appearance in 1936 in The Yellow Fairy Book. A picture-strip book, Up the Faraway Tree, was published in 1951. The party was a huge success, and our enchanted forest left our guests spellbound. The illuminated trees created such a buzz that soon we were taking requests from all over the world – and so Enchanted Trees was born. Entire passages of the original have been rewritten to remove references to fighting. For instance, when the tree is taken over by Goblins in The Enchanted Wood, the Goblins were originally fought off, with descriptions of Mr. Watzisname 'pummelling them as if he were beating carpets' and the Saucepan Man throwing his saucepans at them. These have been replaced with cursory references to 'chasing'. They knew well that if they were caught, they would be put into the toy fort. And then the Land of Toys would move from the Faraway Tree, and goodness knows how long they might have to stay there. So they ran at top speed. Franny fell behind a little, and Joe took her hand to help her along.

Enchanted Trees grew from a seed planted in our minds when a friend of ours wanted to create a spectacular enchanted forest, complete with exotic birds and reptiles, to celebrate her husband's 50th birthday. Since then, Enchanted Trees has blossomed into a booming business. You will see our illuminated trees at major music festivals, bars, exhibitions, shops and wedding venues. In people’s houses they illuminate hallways, bedrooms, conservatories, terraces, driveways and lawns, showering homes and gardens with beautifully atmospheric light wherever it’s needed. Just stop by and look at all the detail. Over the years, I watched this old oak gradually decaying until it wad given a new purpose" After much sketching and wondrous mind-walks through forests of elves and pixies, of orchids and ferns, we had the original tree designed!

Found this piece of art by accident, glad we did, well worth a visit to see it. A very clever and peaceful work." The seed of the first Enchanted Tree was planted during the preparations for a very special birthday celebration. Design a New Land: Have the children brainstorm, name and draw their own imaginative magical lands that could be at the top of the Faraway Tree, sharing their ideas with the class afterwards. And the Country Store, which has been serving the community for decades. As well as hosting the village post office, the store sells food, drinks and various household items. The three children make friends with colourful characters like Moon-Face, Mister Watzisname, Silky, and the Saucepan Man, feasting with them on Pop Biscuits and Google Buns and sliding down the slippery-slip which spirals down inside the trunk. Climbing the tree involves dodging the dirty washing-water which Dame Washalot pours down the trunk at regular intervals and avoiding peeping in at the Angry Pixie, who throws things at those who poke and pry. Excitedly, the children explore lands like the Land of Take-What-You-Want, the Land of Dame Slap, the Land of Topsy-Turvy, the Land of Spells, the Land of Goodies, the Land of Dreams and the glorious Land of Birthdays. Unlike the tree spirit fought in the Lost City quest, these tree spirits are not undead; therefore they are not affected by Crumble Undead or the effects of the salve amulet and its variants. Magic is effective against Tree spirits due to their low Magic level that does not increase as their combat level and other stats do. They can also be easily safespotted by using plants close to the trees cut to spawn them. The supporting character Dame Slap has also become Dame Snap, and no longer practises corporal punishment but instead reprimands her students by shouting at them. [2]
