The whiskey is a blend of 50% 10-year single malt Irish whiskey finished in sherry casks and 50% 5-7 year Irish grain whiskey aged in used bourbon barrels. The linger is not the longest but certainly rounds off well, with the sweetness of honey and the malted barley coming through.
