Pan handle slides onto pan from R/H side and is secured by sliding nut onto pan assembly first, slide handle over and secure with screw and washer. Easy as long as you slide nut onto pan and not use as a conventional nut.

The handle catches very securely on the left or right indent of the central position without having to screw it in place, so it's instantly detatchable like the original pan. Handle is bakerlight material and would not sustain the extremes of oven temperatures. However the handle is simple to remove and the pan may then be placed in the oven. Only had a screw, washer and clip on mine - washer not used as no room to insert it. Works fine though to date.
