I wanted to be able to say that Levitate would make you not spill any of the muddy water (one of the characters is a Priest). This is sadly not true. Levitate does not prevent the flask to spill.

Once your at North tide's hollow head directly south down the shoreline, this means you will have to be on the ocean side keep going down the coast line till you see a troll named Tiev Mordune.
